The wine has a classic tropical fruit nose. Pineapple, mango and citrus aromas lead into a refreshing palate full of kiwi, lychee and Asian pear, framed by a hint of bright acidity. The flavors and aromas are somewhat reminiscent of Southern Hemisphere Sauvignon Blanc but this wine is pure Paso Robles. Smooth and satisfying with the distinctive minerality only the Westside soils can impart. Invisible Ink was named for the wine's pale color and glassy clarity but the message it delivers to the taste buds is very distinct and legible.
